Our return policy applies to all orders shipped to customers across the United States of America.
You have a return window of 28 days to initiate a return, which officially begins on the date your order is shipped to you.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products purchased directly through our website.
Returned items must be in brand-new, resalable condition, complete with all original packaging, tags, labels, and included accessories.
All returns must be shipped back by mail. Please contact our support team to obtain return instructions and authorization before sending items back.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, carrying a $7.00 return fee. Additionally, a $7.00 restocking fee applies per returned item. Both fees are deducted from your final refund amount.
If your hanging planter arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify our support team immediately with photographic evidence.
We will review your claim promptly and arrange for a replacement or a full refund without standard return penalties for verified carrier damage or manufacturing defects.
