Welcome to Treenava's Refund Policy. This page outlines how refunds are calculated, issued, and processed back to your original payment method in United States Dollars ($ USD).

Once an eligible return is received and inspected at our facility, approved refunds are issued as a full refund back to your original payment method in $ USD.
Standard refunds are adjusted for applicable return fees. Specifically, a $7.00 return shipping fee and a $7.00 restocking fee are deducted from the total product refund amount.
Returned items undergo an inspection upon arrival to verify condition. Once approved, refund processing is initiated from our end within 5 to 6 business days.
After we initiate the refund, please allow additional processing time for your bank, credit card issuer, or payment gateway (PayPal, Affirm, AfterPay, Stripe) to post the funds to your account.
Original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable once the order has been successfully dispatched and fulfilled.
Items returned outside of the 28-day window or items showing signs of unauthorized wear, damage, or missing components may be rejected or subject to partial refund adjustments.
